PASS COUNTER ALARM OPTION

COMPUTERIZED CROWNER RETROFIT SYSTEM

As mentioned in the operational section, the FFG setup menu allows a pass count number to be programmed.  As an optional feature, relay outputs can be provided that will output a signal to a flashing light or horn (supplied by customer) when this pass count limit is exceeded.  This can be useful in installations where the operator is performing other tasks away from the grinder during the roughing cycle.  The pass count warning light or horn will signal the operator that the roughing cycle is complete, at which time he can return to the grinder to perform the finishing cycle.
