HARDWARE - SCA DRIVE STATION
The SCA drive station is a 20" high x 16" wide x
10" deep 14 gauge Nema-12 enclosure, and is usually mounted on the floor for
traveling table grinders, and on the carriage for traveling carriage grinders.
It typically contains the Reliance Electrocraft Max 430 drive and transformer,
relays, RPM meter, cables, and other miscellaneous items. The cabinet is
equipped with a circulating fan and filtered louvers for cooling. Terminal
strips are provided for all external connections. Auxiliary power outlets
are standard along with an EMI filter and circuit breaker.
